As the client, I agree to the following:
1. I understand that my coaching will only occur once my payment is made.
2. I agree to be on time for my sessions to the best of my ability and will contact my coach giving 24 hours' notice if I need to cancel or reschedule.
3. I understand that if I miss a session without prior notice, I will be charged for this session, which will not be "made up".
4. I understand that the purpose of being coached is to assist me in goals related to my academic, professional, and personal development. Coaching is not therapy and focuses on learning, skill development, planning, and enhancement of personal growth.
5. I agree to keep an open mind, be willing to try new behaviors and experiment with new ideas.
6. I give my coach permission, to be honest, direct, supportive, and challenging during our coaching.
7. I understand that I may contact my coach between sessions via email and can expect a response within 24 to 48 hours and that texting is reserved for urgent scheduling issues.

As the Coach, I agree to the following:
1. I will maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the coaching relationship. The coach undertakes not to, at any time, either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information the client shares with them during their sessions with the following exceptions: a. If required by law b. If the client is a danger to themself or others
2. I will adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. (www.coachfederation.org)
