Discover how a lifetime of helping others and personal experience with ADHD led me to become an ADHD Life Coach
My Journey to ADHD Coaching
Who I Am
As an ADHD life coach, Janine VanStee brings personal and professional experience to supporting adults and students with ADHD. I spent 30 years working in special education as both a teacher and a central office administrator. Throughout my career, I supported students with a wide range of learning needs, including ADHD.
My ADHD Discovery
I learned I had ADHD at age 50. That moment helped me understand many of my own challenges. It also deepened my empathy for the students and families I had worked with for so many years.
Why I Became an ADHD Life Coach
When I transitioned out of education, I knew I still wanted to help people. ADHD life coaching immediately felt like the right path. It combined my background in education with my personal experience as an ADHD adult.
How I Help Clients
Today, I help clients build self-awareness, create ADHD-friendly strategies, and make meaningful daily progress. My goal is to help you understand your strengths, navigate obstacles, and create positive, sustainable change in your life.
Explore your strengths, overcome obstacles, and set achievable goals that align with your values.
